Tenancy takeover for the second half of my tenancy, as I want to move back home.

The agreement is £806 a month and pay gas + electric bills (split by 6). Normally £70-80. Ends November 16th 2024

Room:
- Comfy double bed (no duvet or sheets)
- Double sofa bed (no sheets)
- Large double wardrobe
- Large drawer (next to wardrobe)
- End table (black next to the bed)

Room is directly opposite shower with toilet and sink. Sharing middle floor with two others. On the top floor is three others. Pretty silent once you close the door. Room stays warm all seasons. Blackout curtains.

House:
- Two kitchens
- Three bathrooms all with showers
- 1 bath
- Communal dining area
- Two fridge freezer units
- Garden area

House has a cleaner once a month. Housemates are all clean and keep to themselves. All are friendly and love a chat as well. Enough fridge space between everyone. Kitchen is always clean and kept nice. Bins always put out when full. Everyone gets house supplies.

- Asda superstore 3 min walk away
- Buses into Wembley Central 4 mins away
- So much storage in the house
- Cheaper than student accom!
- Landlords are very understanding
