I am currently moving out and need someone to take over my student accommodation. The original price was £240 per week, but it is now only £210 per week, with all bills included. Only students can move in.

The room is available from now to 6th September.

I really like this student accommodation and have lived here for four years. I am very reluctant to leave because I have graduated.

The flat is shared with 3 very clean flatmates and has a super large living room. They rarely use the living room and kitchen, so you will hardly ever see them. My room is also very clean. It is 13 square meters, includes a private bathroom, a double storage bed, a wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. The student accommodation also offers free access to a swimming pool and gym.

Grand Felda House is in a great location, just a 4-minute walk to the tube station. The area is lively with many supermarkets such as Asda, Lidl, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. There are also many coffee shops, restaurants, my favorite Bread Ahead, and Boxpark. For shopping, there are Designer Outlets nearby.
