En-suite double room in Wembley Park Robinson

We are 3 working professionals looking for somebody to replace our current housemate who is moving out. We live in a nice apartment in the Robinson building in Wembley park and are all considerate and friendly flatmates. If you want any further information, please do reach out.

Rent amount is an estimate as we pay based on the previous months utility usage plus council tax on top.

This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom property meaning that we all get our own space.
We have a nice living area/kitchen perfect for both unwinding and socialising. As much as we live separate lives and appreciate our own space, we all get along very well and consider ourselves friends rather than flatmates. The building itself has great facilities to enjoy. We have a fully-equipped gym, a pergola/BBQ area, multiple roof tops and a floor dedicated to WFH/study spaces.

I’m somewhat flexible with the move in date but between the
1st December and 1st January
