Fabulous, Easygoing Housemate(s) Required

A Large Double Room at our house, it's a friendly, chilled, sociable house which usually attracts open minded traveller types. Currently we have 3x Australian’s, 2x Kiwi’s and 1x Irish in the house.

House is fully-detached with 5 bedrooms, has all mod cons - washing machine, TV, superfast broadband (1000Mbps), central heating, big back garden, two toilets and bathrooms, big lounge room, 2 kitchens and a music area.

The house is located about 5-8 minutes walk from Wembley Park tube station (Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines) and a variety of bus routes 245, 223, 182 within a short walk. There is a massive ASDA supermarket and local shops for off licence, take away food etc within a 5 minute walk.

The type of person(s) we are looking for is someone who becomes part of the household not someone just looking to take a room.
(A love of electronic dance music is a big plus in this household).

Large Double Bedroom with bay window, overlooking the street. Furnishings consist of double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

£1080 pcm for 1 person or £1180 pcm if a couple (price Includes Bills)
Bond is 1 month’s rent (£1080)
