It is a spacious studio flat in a co-living building - £1589 per calendar month includes rent, all bills, council taxes, use of common areas including study workspaces, gym, Peloton studio, wellness studio, rooftop terrace, large communal kitchen, cinema room, fortnightly cleaning and a 24 hour concierge. The building holds regular events focussed on socialising, wellness, professional development, creativity and group exercise classes. The flat is an accessibility flat, and available to students/professionals with/without accessibility needs.
The flat is less than a 10minute walk to Wembley Park, 5min walk to a Sainsbury Local and Co-op, and a 15min walk to a large ASDA. Wembley Stadium and Box Park are also nearby.
I am needing to move due to a change in my work circumstances, but will be very sad to leave this beautiful flat. The flat would be ideal for a professional who works from home, or a full-time student.
I can be flexible with the move in date (ideally as soon as possible to shorten my current work commute time!). Prospective tenants need to go through third party reference checks (I can provide additional info on this if needed). This flat is cheaper than the price of the current flats advertised by the building online, and enables the successful tenant to pay a lower amount of rent for a shorter minimum contract.
