Modern Flat with Balcony & Wembley Stadium views

I'm looking for a flatmate for my Flat in Wembley. It's located next to Wembley Stadium.
The room has a double bed and a built-in closet and also has an en-suite bathroom for yourself.
The living area has an open-plan kitchen, a large corner sofa and access to the large balcony which has views to wembley stadium (yes, free concerts :D).
The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and cupboard space (no microwave).
There's also a separate storage closet where the washer-dryer is located.
The building also has a roof terrace on the 18th floor with great views over wembley and to the stadium. Plus there's a Gym on site which we have access to for free.

Rent includes wifi but excludes any other bills. Council Tax Band D.

A bit about myself:
I'm working full time at a Tech company in Ad Sales. We get to be flexible with our office attendance so I work from home quite often.
I just moved back to London after 2 years in Dublin.
In my free time I enjoy reading (you might’ve spotted the bookshelves), gaming and recently picked up knitting (fully embracing the grandma lifestyle) but I also enjoy meeting up with friends, going to the cinema, exploring all the things London has to offer and love a good brunch :D
