⚠️ Important: Short-term availability only

One flatmate is leaving early, so the room will be available for 2 months only — from 1 March to 1 May 2026.

No contract change required for this period

If you (and/or existing tenants) decide to continue after May, a fresh contract can be made, but this advert is strictly for the remaining 2 months
