I am looking for a female flatmate to take over the lease from my current flatmate. There are six months remaining on the lease with the potential to extend.

Apartment:

The flat is located right next to Wembley Stadium, with the landlord offering perks such as discounts to the designer outlet mall and nearby shops/cafes, discounted events at Wembley Stadium, free fitness classes and resident events, to name a few. The building has a gym, rooftop terrace and coworking space. There is also 24/7 concierge.

The apartment is a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom, with a lovely shared kitchen and living area and a balcony. A washer/dryer and dishwasher is also included. Base Rent is £1,205, which includes WiFi. Bills are estimated to be around £70 a month (However, bills have worked out to be less in summer). In addition, council tax is roughly around £128.50 each monthly. This brings the total to an estimated £1,405 per month, including all bills and council tax.

Transport:

Great transport links.

5-10 min walk to Wembley Park Station, which has the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines. 15 min to Baker Street.

5-10 min walk to Wembley Stadium Station, which has the National Rail. 10 min to Marylebone.

15-20 min walk to Wembley Central Station, which has the Bakerloo and Overground line as well as National Rail.

In addition, there are multiple bus routes, including into the city.

Current Flatmate:

I am a female professional from New Zealand who has been living in London for the past year. I enjoy exploring the city, going on hikes/walks in the weekend, travelling, watching Netflix, and exploring different restaurants/bars.

I am seeking a female flatmate who is clean, tidy and friendly and respects personal space, but is also happy to grab a dinner/drink together and explore the area. Ideally, also someone that is WFH no more than two days a week.
