En-suite in the heart of Wembley

Hi, I have my place in Wembley from the 21st of September 2024 to 14th of September 2025 however I only need it until the 14th of May 2025 meaning that someone will be able to take over the tenancy from the 14th of may till the 14th of September. The deposit is £250 so this will need to be paid plus a payment of £4000 on the dot for 4 months from the 14th of May to the 14th of September (which would be your moving out date). This money would be paid anytime before the 29th of April 2025 as this is when that money comes out of my account paying for the full 4 months. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of the building which is also where the roof terrace of the building is located giving easy access if you are a smoker. The flat comes with a desk with a chair, a wardrobe with hanging space, a double bed with a double mattress, 4 UK plugs either sides of the desk, a mirror, a heater, a bin, curtains and a shower room with a toilet, sink, cabinet space for toiletries and a shower.

The flat mates living here already are a great bunch, super chilled out and super friendly, keeping the kitchen well kept and all other shared spaces tidy (hallways, lounge etc).

The property has a games room, cinema room and other shared spaces to play ping pong, pool and mini football, it also has a study area for some quiet space and a shared lounge area for the building, they usually do events in that space (located on the first floor) like pool competitions, zoo visits and if you’re hungry free food tasters.
