Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy

(its a short term let for 3-4 months)
I am currently living in a flat with two other girls, now I am moving to a different flat. The room I am advertising for is a 3 bed apartment with a common kitchen and living space, the bathroom is also shared between 3. There are 2 other flatmates who are super friendly, one of them travels a lot so you wouldn’t see her around much and the other girl works from office mostly. The flat is on the second floor, closest grocery store is Tesco but there is Lidl, Sainsburys and Co-op nearby as well. The closest tube station is Wembley park (Jubilee and metropolitan line) there is also wembley stadium station (direct trains to Bicester village). The biggest attraction is wembley stadium!! and Ovo Arena is nearby as well. What I like the most is, even though the stadium is nearby, it would not be a bother as my building is on the main road so I can simply get past the crowd easily!
