Urgent replacement tenant needed Grand Felda

Due to health issues I am required to move out of Grand Felda House, and require a replacement tenant.

The room is on the 13th floor, has a lovely view of wembley, and is less than 3 minutes away from several shops. The room is ensuite, with a 3/4 double bed, desk, chair, closet including a full length mirror, plenty of storage space including under bed storage, and a shared kitchen.

There are 4 other flatmates within the flat, all of which are very respectful and I have found no problem with. The walls of the flats are also incredibly sound proof, and any sound from other rooms is almost never audible.
