Bedroom next to the stadium

From October I will have a bedroom available for rent in my flat, at £1000/month (all bills included). I’ll be staying in the living room, and we will share the kitchen and bathroom in a friendly and respectful way.

I would prefer a female tenant. The contract is under my name, so I won’t be able to provide tenancy papers, but to keep things simple and fair I ask for one month’s deposit and one month’s notice. You’re welcome to leave anytime with a month’s notice, so there’s enough time for me to find someone else.
