En-suite room. Wembley Park. New Luna Building

Posting again, as the last person I had found dropped out. Looking for a house mate, to share a 2 bed 2bath apartment with at the Luna building at Wembley Park. 5 minute walk to the station. 15 minutes into central London.

The apartment has a gym, work home from stations and concierge etc.

Also the designer outlet is right on our door stop, so all the shops, cinema , Pilates and yoga studios etc, are a 2 minute walk away.

Lidl is a five minute walk from the house, and Asda is a 10 minute walk.

You would be sharing with me . A 26 year old law graduate. Pretty chill, social. Cleanliness is a must.

Rent is £1064. Excluding bills. Which should be around £150.

If we get an unfurnished apartment rent is £900. Excluding bills. Not every ideal for me.

Must be earning 32k minimum. I had a lot of messages last time , first come basis. Need to find someone by this weekend!!!!!
