Hi, I’m looking for a replacement tenant, who can take over my contract around the end of November (start of December) until 24th July 2026 as I urgently need to move back to my home country

It’s a very spacious studio, located only 3 minutes away from Wembley Park station! From the station, it only takes around 15 to 20 minutes to the central through Metropolitan line

The studio has a sofa, a washing machine, a large wardrobe and a table. I recently changed the mattress so it’s brand new! It is the largest and the best studios I’ve lived in London (and I’ve been in the UK for 10 years now!)

The communal area includes cinema room, gym, bar and co-working spaces, all free of charge! You can also join various classes such as Yoga for free

The rent is £1695 per month! The WiFi is charged at £30, but I negotiated it to £15 when I moved in
