Description
(Most of the photos are from before I moved in and the couch had not arrived then. If you would like to get a better feel for the building, do look up "Luna - Quintain Living".)
I will be moving out of my amazing flat as I am travelling for personal reasons. Looking for someone to take over the lease until May 2026, which can be renewed if you love living here as I have. Do get in touch sooner rather than later because I had to beat people off with a stick and be incredibly lucky to grab it the first time, it is bound to go soon. There are no flats available on higher floors anymore and the cheapest flat available is smaller, on the second floor and almost £300 more expensive.
Discount on Rent:
The flat is on the 10th floor of a new build - I was the first tenant to live in this flat, and I moved in on 31 May 2025. The property is well managed by Quintain Living and the rent reflects an additional discount I was given as the first tenant.
Space:
Although it was advertised as a studio, as you can see from the photos, the bed is not on top of the stove (like other studios on the market) but cozily tucked away behind a wall. If you are a busy professional, the flat is easy to keep tidy but has everything you would need and lots of storage. The building provides additional storage facilities, should you need it. The living space fits a couch and I have a WFH set up in the corner with two monitors and a desk without it being too crowded.
Transport:
The Wembley Park station is a 10 minute walk away and the trains are within walking distance as well. It takes me 43 minutes to get to London Bridge, door to door.
Groceries:
There is a Co-op, Sainsbury's, Lidl and Amazon Fresh all within short walking distance. Costco is also within walking distance.
Entertainment:
The Wembley stadium will be in your backyard, along with the London Designer Outlet mall and Cineworld. There are many places to eat, lovely parks to walk through and a secret space behind a bookshelf on the ground floor that can be booked for personal parties. There are also grills on the roof and a separate terrace garden area with picnic benches on the second floor. From time to time, Quintain Living hosts resident events (they also manage other buildings around Luna) with free food and drinks. There are resident discounts to be had for various places nearby.
Amenities:
The state of the art gym in the building is included in the rent. I also understand that there are free classes to be had.
There are trash chutes a few steps away from the flat, no need to carry garbage downstairs. There is a washing machine, oven, fridge, dishwasher and you can have my Panasonic microwave for free.
Utilities:
My utilities as a single person with no pets comes to £78 per month. This will obviously depend on use (I take 2 hour long showers).
Pets:
The building is pet friendly and I have been told that there is a doggy day care nearby as well. There is a small additional charge for pets (~£20-£30, depends on size and type), do let me know if you need details.
References:
You will need references from an employer, previous landlord and demonstrate that you earn 42 times the rent amount annually.
The rent is payable directly to Quintain Living.
