There are many places to eat, lovely parks to walk through and a secret space behind a bookshelf on the ground floor that can be booked for personal parties. There are also grills on the roof and a separate terrace garden area with picnic benches on the second floor. From time to time, Quintain Living hosts resident events (they also manage other buildings around Luna) with free food and drinks. There are resident discounts to be had for various places nearby.

The state of the art gym in the building is included in the rent.
There are three lifts and the building is fully accessible. There are trash chutes a few steps away from the flat, no need to carry garbage downstairs. There is a washing machine and dryer, oven, fridge, and dishwasher.
Utilities:
My utilities as a single person with no pets comes to £78 per month. This will obviously depend on use (I take 2 hour long showers). Utilities and council tax are not included in the rent amount.
Pets:
The building is pet friendly and I have been told that there is a doggy day care nearby as well. There is a small additional charge for pets (~£20-£30, depends on size and type), do let me know if you need details.
