Looking for a replacement tenant, who can take over my contract around 22nd of November (negotiable) until 24th July 2026 as I urgently need to move back to my home country

It’s a very spacious studio, available for 1 or 2 people, located only 3 minutes away from Wembley Park station! From the station, it only takes around 15 to 20 minutes to the central through Metropolitan line

The studio has a sofa, a washing machine, a dryer, a large wardrobe, a dish washer and a table. I recently changed the mattress so it’s brand new! It is the largest and the best studios I’ve lived in London (and I’ve been in the UK for 10 years now!)

The communal area includes cinema room, gym, bar and co-working spaces, all free of charge! You can also join various classes such as Yoga and art classes for free

The rent is £1695 per month (excluding bills)! The WiFi is charged at £30, but I negotiated it to £15 when I moved in

The area is very safe and as it is really close to the station, I never felt scared coming back home late. There also is a security staff 24/7 in the building
