I am currently living here and need to find someone to takeover my tenancy as I want to move to Central London. The two other currrent flatmates are friendly girls. Wembley Park is a very safe and convenient place to live, only 4 stations from Euston Square and 5 from King's Cross St. Pancras. The building is 5-10 minutes walk from Sainsbury. op-ep, Lidl, Tian Tian market(Asian Supermarket), shopping mall and tube station.
Room type: Three Bed Flat (A private room & bathroom in a shared flat, with a shared kitchen & living space.)
Price: £220.00 per week (All bills and Wi-Fi included, Council tax free for student)
Start Date: Flexible, preferably in Dec(You can move in the next day I'm out)
