Wembley park 1b1b to sublet

I would like to sublet my 1b1b apartment in Wembley park from December to at least February 5. After February 5, one can extend a long-term contract with Clay (the company). The equipment are fairly new and 5 mins walk to the Wembley park metro station, where one can take Jubilee line and Metropolitan line. It's also quite commercial alive and safe in the neighborhood.
