Basic En-Suite Room Available for a Student

As I'm moving out of my accommodation, I need someone to take over my tenancy from this December to 13th September 2026. The room has 3/4th bed and its own bathroom. The kitchen is shared among other flatmates. It is a 5-minute walk from Wembley Park Station, the London Designer Outlet, in front of Wembley Stadium and opposite Box Park. Best suited for students, as it features a communal area for free time, a gym, karaoke room, TV room, laundry facilities, and two terraces: one located on the 2nd floor and the other on the 17th floor.
