The room is fully furnished with built-in wardrobes, large double glazed windows for lots of natural light and a shared bathroom

- 1 bathroom (shared) , 1 en-suite (already taken)
- Large open-plan kitchen with modern and new fittings, and living and dining area
- Lots of natural light
- Balcony space
The location:
- 8-10 min to Wembley Park underground station (metropolitan and jubilee lines with excellent connection: 12-15 mins to Baker Street, Bond Street)
- Under 5 mins to Wembley stadium railway station (fast trains that run to Marylebone)
- 20 mins walk to Wembley Central underground, overground and railway station
- Bus stops right in front of the building
- Tennis and paddle courts, and local parks nearby
- A small store in the building (incase you want to pick up anything last minute!)
- Sainsbury’s local, Lidl, Tesco express, Amazon Fresh, Costco, Asda, along with other local shops
- London designer outlet
- Boxpark, pubs and restaurants
Costs:
- Rent is £1,149 per month
- Includes bills at £165 per month (£55 per person) (any over or under usage gets used as credit or is to be adjusted)

- End of tenancy is mid November with potential for extension
- I’ve already extended the tenancy twice as I love the flat and my flatmates are just the best!

- They love a fun and cosy vibe, travelling, movie nights, cooking together

- Everyone takes turns to deep clean the communal areas once a week with the understanding of always keeping the flat tidy
- For the shared bathroom, it will be every alternate week
