Hello! I'm currently part of a 4-bed 4 bathroom flat (202 Cherry House) in the Repton gardens block in Wembley Park. I am looking to move out of my room in the flat by the 12th of January 2026 and need someone to take over my tenancy agreement which lasts until September 2026. There are currently 3 professionals in the flat and we'd ideally be looking for the same to take over my tenancy.

The flat is always clean and everyone here is quite friendly! In regards to the room, it comes furnished with a bed and chest drawers but as you can see in the pictures, there is also a desk which I don't mind leaving behind or getting rid of based on your requirements. The room is not an ensuite but the washroom for the room is right opposite.

Bills come up to £180 (split amongst 4) for the month and the band for our Council Tax is Band E.

The building itself is great! There's a gym with mostly everything you will need, a lounge area and a co-working space. There is a working space available for booking if needed. Located right behind Boxpark Wembley you will be a 5 minute walk from the Wembley Park station. On the Metropolitan line it will only take you about 30 minutes to get into Central London. There is a Lidl right next to us and a big ASDA which is a 10 minute walk, with smaller convenience stores even closer. A great variety of restaurants and things to do very close to you as well. With regards to being behind Boxpark, there is very little sound bleed if there is ever an event and you will not be disturbed.
