I’m looking for a student to take over my accommodation at Canvas Arthur House.

📍 Location: Wembley park, London – excellent transport links (Jubilee, Metropolitan line), 15 minutes into central London, 2 minutes walk from Wembley stadium.

🏠 Room type: Studio Single En-Suite room
• Private bathroom & Kitchen
• Fully furnished: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelving, pinboard, blinds.
• Amenities include gym, lounge and work spaces, laundry room, and coffee machines

📅 Contract length: January 2026 – September 2026
💷 Rent: £368.22 per week (~ £1472.88 per month)

🎓 Eligibility: Must be a full-time student
