The Vibe
Looking for a home, not just a room? We are two professionals, a Head of Marketing/Founder and a Groundskeeper at Lord’s, looking for a third person to join our incredible 1,200 sq. ft. apartment.
We love staying active, traveling, and heading out for a good meal or a few beers, but we also value a chill night in. We’re a clean, tidy household that respects personal space, but we’d love someone who is up for a glass of wine or a chat in our (very spacious) lounge.
The Apartment: Think bold colors and exposed brick. This isn't your standard white-box rental.
The Lounge: Huge (5.3m x 4.6m) with floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of light.
The Office: We have a dedicated private office inside the flat, perfect if you WFH.
The Terrace: Large shared balcony (6.6mx1.3m) with great city views.
The Finish: High-end throughout, featuring Samsung appliances, John Lewis furniture, and Kohler bathroom fittings.
The Rooms (Take your pick!) I am flexible and will take whichever room you don’t choose:
Option 1 (£1,500): Large double (2.9m x 2.8m) with a Queen bed, its own private en-suite, and a private balcony.
Option 2 (£1,400): Very spacious (4.2m x 2.3m) with a King-size bed. You would share the main high-spec bathroom with just one other person.
The Building: The amenities here are genuinely world-class and included in your rent:
Fitness: Full gym with free weights, cardio, heavy bags, and a rock climbing wall and free fitness classes.
Social: Roof terrace and private garden both with sun loungers and BBQ stations, plus a community garden.
WFH: Three additional co-working spaces in the building if you need a change of scenery from the flat’s office.
Pet Friendly: Includes an enclosed dog park on-site.
Location & Transport Situated right next to Wembley Stadium, you are perfectly placed for travel:
Wembley Park (10 min walk): Jubilee & Metropolitan lines (Central London in <30 mins).
Chiltern Line: Only 10 minutes door to door from Marylebone.
Wembley Central (15 min walk): Bakerloo & Overground.
