About the room
Single-occupancy room in a modern student apartment, available immediately as a replacement tenancy until 4 September 2026.
Room sizes range from 8.71–10.1 m² and include a ¾-size double bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, full-length mirror, and a dedicated study desk with drawers chair and storage shelves above . Fully furnished and designed for one person.

All bills are included (electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi).

The apartment features a shared kitchen and dining space, well equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, hoover, mop, mop bucket, foldable tables, chairs and ample cupboard and fridge/freezer space.
There are two shared bathrooms within the apartment.

You’ll be sharing with 2 other female full-time students in a quiet, respectful household environment, suitable for focused study and comfortable student living. The 2 other flatmates do not spend much time at the flat and sometimes go home on weekends.
