I need someone to take over my tenancy for a Platinum Skyline Studio at Pavilion Court Student Accommodation. It's in an ideal location with lovely people and I'll be moving to another room in the building, so rest assured that I'm not moving out because it's bad.

Please note that the photos are representative of the kind of studio - but the one advertised looks slightly different (in an L shape). The bathroom is almost as big as the room itself and it has a comfortable double bed.
