I’m giving up my room in a private student accommodation because I need to stay outside London with my family for a while.

So I’m happy to rent my room to someone else for a cheaper price than I pay ;)

From 1st April to 4th September (5 months), after this period, if you want, you can continue the contract directly with the accommodation.

💷 £750 per month – bills included

This room is honestly one of the best rooms I’ve rented in London, as everyone in the building is quite organised and friendly.

It’s super quiet all the time! You can sleep like a baby. No noise, no one bothering you.
Perfect for studying because of the big desk in the room.

You also have your own private bathroom, which is a real luxury in London 😄

The kitchen is shared with only 2 flatmates, but to be honest I see someone there maybe once a month.

In this price you also get gym, cinema room, study spaces and more.
There is a 24/7 reception, which was very important for me because of safety.
