I’m giving up my room in a private student accommodation because I need to stay outside London with my family for a while.

So I’m happy to give my room to someone else for a cheaper price than I pay ;)

From 1st April to 25th September (6 months)
💷 £750 per month – bills included

This room was honestly a blessing for me after living in horrible areas of London with crazy flatmates 😅

It’s super quiet all the time! You can sleep like a baby. No noise, no one bothering you.
Perfect for studying because of the big desk in the room.

You also have your own private bathroom, which is a real luxury in London 😄

The kitchen is shared with only 2 flatmates, but to be honest I see someone there maybe once a month.

In this price you also get gym, cinema room, study spaces and more.
There is a 24/7 reception, which was very important for me because of safety.

• Wembley Station (Jubilee & Metropolitan lines) — 12 min walk
• Cinema in the mall — 10 min walk
• Restaurants everywhere 😄

Perfect for a student who wants a quiet, safe place to live and study.

Additional information:
From the beginning, you will sign a contract directly with the student accommodation, but because I already paid a higher price, you don’t need to pay anything extra — you just pay the £750 per month.

After this period, if you want, you can continue the contract directly with the accommodation for around £950 per month.
