Description
A spacious furnished double room with ensuite bathroom available from mid-February until early September 2026. FEMALES ONLY!
I have to move out so looking for a new tenant to replace me on our current lease ending on 4 September 2026. Our flat is a 2-bedroom flat with 2 en-suites and a great living room/kitchen area acting as the buffer between the two bedrooms. The room available is the larger of the two, with a huge built-in wardrobe (150cm long and full height), a double bed (what you see in the pictures is a king size bed which I'll be taking with me) and some bedside tables.
My housemate Utsavi is 29 years old and works full time as an optician (she's lovely, trust me). We're ideally looking for someone also working/studying, so not someone working from home the full week. We share cooking equipment and utensils, which might not be suitable for vegans/vegetarians. We are looking for a female housemate, roughly between 25 and 35 years old.
The flat is on the 5th floor. The building is a new build called Madison (you can look it up on Google or on Quintain Living's website - they are the property owner/ landlord). It has concierge, parcel room, gym, huge lounge/WFH floor with pool table, desks and cinema room, cycle storage, garden with children's playground, a dog run and electric BBQs, as well as an epic rooftop Overall, it's a very cool new build.
Closest Tube is Wembley Park (Metropolitan and Jubilee lines), which is a 7-8 min walk. There's also Wembley Stadium rail station (Chiltern Railways) which is a 12-minute walk and Wembley Central (Bakerloo/Overground) is 15-20 minutes on foot as well.
Monthly rent is 1,218£, paid on the 1st of each month in advance. Utilities are charged together with rent and usually are 70-80£ per person depending on heating/ water usage, and council tax is 89£ per person. The deposit we paid was 500£ per person (1,000£ for the entire flat), so you'll just need to transfer this to me when you move in.
We'd like to meet any potential candidates in person, have a chat and of course show you the flat. Once we're happy with our choice, you'll need to go through referencing and pass the credit check from the landlord for your name to be officially added to the tenancy agreement instead of mine. Don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions.
