Description
Available ASAP for an official tenancy assignment until August 31st. This is a master en-suite double room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in Ferrum 2, Quintain Living, Wembley Park (HA9).
Financial Details:
Rent: £1,100 per calendar month. The price is negotiable, and a further discount can be offered if you are able to sign the contract quickly.
Utility Bills Included: The asking price covers all standard utility bills (water, heating, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi), which normally cost about £140 per month. These have been prepaid for the remainder of the tenancy and are included at no extra cost.
Council Tax (Not Included): Council tax is registered under individual names with the local authority and cannot be transferred. You will need to register and pay your own share, which is approximately £70–£80 per month depending on your circumstances.
Deposit: £500. The exact process depends on the building management's policy. You may simply need to pay this directly to me to take over my share. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit will be returned through the building management's official deposit scheme.
