Financial Details:
Rent: £1,100 per calendar month. The price is negotiable, and a further discount can be offered if you are able to sign the contract quickly.
Utility Bills Included: The asking price covers the standard utility bills (water, heating, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi), which normally cost about £140 per month. I have already paid for these utilities for the entire year. Because I am urgently looking to transfer the lease, I am including them as a free discount for the remainder of the tenancy (until Aug 31st).
Council Tax (Not Included): Council tax is strictly not included. Because council tax accounts are registered under individual real names with the local government, my previous payments cannot be transferred to a new tenant. You will need to register your own name and pay your share, which is approximately £70 - £80 per month.
Deposit: £500. The exact process depends on the building management's policy. You may simply need to pay this £500 directly to me to take over my share. At the end of the tenancy, you and the flatmate will receive the deposit back directly from the building management's official deposit scheme.
