The total cost is £3,321 as a single payment. The price is negotiable.
The room is a private en-suite bedroom, meaning you have your own bathroom. The kitchen is shared with only one other person, and it is quite spacious, so each person has plenty of storage and cooking space.
The building also offers great facilities, including a gym, cinema room, games areas, and other common spaces for residents.
