Double room with private bathroom in duplex flat

I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s tenancy in May. The flat is a big double storey two bed two bath flat in Wembley Park. The rooms are on the ground floor and the living room, kitchen and dining are on the top floor (so plenty of privacy). There are 2 balconies a private terrace.

The base rent is £1250 (fixed) and bills + council tax come up to around 200pp.

The closest stations are Wembley Park Station (10 mins), Wembley Stadium station (8 mins) Wembley Central Station (15 mins). The area consists of mostly new build apartments. It’s mostly a young professional crowd. A short walk to Tesco, Sainsbury’s etc.

About me: I’m 27, I work in corporate law. I’m from Malaysia but have been living in London for about 3 years. I’m friendly, clean, respectful of your space. Would love to have someone who would like to be friends too.
