We’re looking for a friendly female to join our 3-bed, 2-bath flat from 27th June (open to discussions +/-)

- £997/month + ~£138 for bills & council tax (approx. utilities depend on use)
- Shared modern bathroom with one other person
- Cosy room with double bed, huge built-in wardrobe with shelf
- stadium view (catch the concert fireworks yet fairly soundproof at same time)

The Flat:
- Furnished with shared living room & kitchen, 2 storage rooms
- Washing machine, we've bought staple equip like microwave, vacuum etc
- High-speed internet
- Amenities include gym, a rooftop terrace, WFH spaces, lounges, 24/7 concierge
- 8-min walk to Wembley Park tube station (Wembley stadium rail station nearby too), bus stop just downstairs
- Sainsbury’s Local, Lidl, Tesco Express, Tian Tian oriental, Costco, Boxpark, Designer Outlet Mall & more within walking distance
- Ikea and Tesco Extra are also nearby!

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with two other professional women (a lawyer and a consultant). Both in their mid-late 20s.
