Felda House Summer Tenancy Takeover - room in 5 person 1st floor apartment available from 20th June and must move out by 14th August. Minimum booking of 4 weeks.
I'm looking for a student to take over my ensuite room with small double bed, built in wardrobe and desk - ideal if you're coming to London to do a summer course.
Felda House is a student residence, so the management team requires that the tenant needs to be a full-time student at a university based in London.
3-minute walk to Wembley Park Underground Station (Jubilee & Metropolitan Lines, Zone 4) and to nearby shops.
All-inclusive utility bills, high-speed Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception/security, on-site social/study spaces.
Apartment has 5 ensuite rooms along a corridor with a shared kitchen/living area at the end.
Extra storage under the bed is really handy.
