Hi everyone! My lovely flatmate of 5 years is moving in with her partner, so I'm looking for someone friendly to take over her room from the **end of August** (although I'm very flexible if you need to move in earlier).

### ✨ A Bit About Me

I'm a 28-year-old Scottish girl working in media research, and I also do a bit of styling and modelling on the side (very happy to share clothes 😌).

I'm very outgoing and love trying new things - you'll usually find me at a random eventbrite motive with a friend from sword fighting sessions to craft nights. I've really made the flat feel cosy and homely over the past few years and I'd love to find someone who's similarly sociable, relaxed, and happy to make it feel like home too!

I also have a projector that's perfect for movie nights! I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, but I'm definitely easy-going rather than obsessive about it.

Rent:** £895 per month (including water + gas/electric + wifi bills) + £794 deposit + council tax which can be paid upfront or every 6 months which totals £994/whole year if non-student. If student it will be £745/whole year.

Things our landlord requires:
1. Colour copy of passport and if necessary right to rent share code.
