My name is Carla and I am a current flatmate on my 2bed 1 bath top floor of a converted house in Wembley Park. I am moving to the Netherlands to live with my partner (finally the long distance is ending🤩) around end of august or early September and I am looking for someone awesome to take over my share of the tenancy with my lovely housemate.

- Young professional guy of Pakistani British upbringing🧑🏽‍💻
- 23 and gay (and a pisces for the astrology baddies)
- Loves gaming, archery, snooker, ultimate frisbee, F1, cooking and recently introduced to the world of anime by moi truly by traumatising him with AOT
- Tidy, loves his space but definitely looking for someone that will get along well with him and our friends who occasionally love a board games and hanging out night at our place. They are all a very cool and welcoming bunch🥰

- Large living room, dinning room open plan kitchen
- Comes fully furnished: mugs, plates, cookware, microwave, washing machine
- My bedroom is a loft style, large bedroom and yes, it is as big as the photos show
- Free residential Parking on the streets
- Perfectly situated between Wembley Park and Central stations, each a 5 mins bus away with plenty of bus options into central London like the 18 that goes straight to Euston.
- Next to a large park for running and doing sports

- Rent: £1000 pcm (+deposit)
- Bills monthly: roughly £220 pcm

Furnishings:

- A good amount of the furniture in the room will be staying. What I will take or not can be dependant on what the new tenant wants to keep or not.
