Both rooms are for single occupancy only, and each has its own dedicated private bathroom outside the bedroom. You’ll share the furnished kitchen, living/dining area, balcony, laundry facilities and storage spaces.

The flat has fantastic high-floor views of Wembley Stadium from the living room and balcony, with side views from both available rooms.

Costs:

Rent: £950 PCM per person, paid on the 1st of each month

Estimated bills: approximately £95–£100 PCM per person (Includes Council tax and Utility bills)

Council tax: around £60 PCM per person during the council-tax payment months (Band E)

Utilities: estimated at around £40 PCM per person, depending on usage

Who you’ll live with

You’ll be joining three friendly working professionals: a couple and one male professional, all aged 25–26. We work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

The home is calm, welcoming, and socially relaxed. We occasionally host a small house party, but generally keep the place peaceful, neat and clean. We follow a simple “clean as you go” approach rather than a strict cleaning rota.

We are looking for clean, hygienic, open-minded and considerate individuals who will treat the flat like home and help maintain its tidy atmosphere.
