I recently viewed this nice flat and I am looking to buddy up with a nice Female preferred to rent this beautiful 2 bed 2 bath 🛁 flat, pay deposite and secure the flat as soon as possible. This is 10 minutes away from train station, ideal location near to supermarkets, Asian stores and gym.

The landlord will provide bed/mattress and wardrobe for both rooms.

Rent : 1049
Council tax : 100
Energy and water: Arround 50-70
WiFi: we need to arrange one if needed

The building is energy efficient so we won’t need to use heater a lot during winter.

It may cost around 1200 included bills.

You need to be professional making 35K/year, if not you need to have a Garantor ( making 40K) a year, no grantor companies are acceptable.

Please do not reach out if you are not really serious to move out by 22 August or earlier.

No ideal for Couple.
