My cosy double bedroom is available from October & I’m looking for someone to replace my tenancy.

• 2 bathrooms
•A large open-plan kitchen, living area, and a balcony.
•Also included: gym access, Wi-Fi, and use of the large outdoor garden spaces with barbecues.
• A five-minute walk from Wembley Park station. The Metropolitan and Jubilee lines get you into central London in 20–30 minutes.
•No deposit

Your flatmates would be Michael, Caitlin and Shahbaaz, plus Paddy - our small cockapoo, who is very sweet. We’re primarily an LGBT+ household - mostly healthcare workers, with an actor in the mix. For the most part everyone keeps to themselves, but we like a chat and a catch-up in the evenings, and some of us go for runs or do things together. There’s no pressure either way :)
