Room in Canada Gardens (Wembley Park)

Hi!
Me and my friend Hilda are renting a 3 bed in Canada Gardens (part of Quintain Living in Wembley Park) and looking for someone to join us ASAP (looking for someone to sign in the next couple days).

The room is furnished and comes with a double bed and mattress, side tables, a mirror and a fitted wardrobe with plenty of space. (couldn’t add a video but happy to send video of the room)

The rent:
£962 + £168 for bills (including council tax) so £1130 in total.

There’s a big kitchen, living room, storage space and a balcony. The room available shares a spacious bathroom with Hilda with a shower over bath.

The building is amazing (you can look up Quintain Living on instagram) they’re always hosting events, have discounts for a lot of shops, restaurants etc in the area + there’s a gym, cafe, co working spaces (also private WFH areas that can be booked), a rooftop, bbq area, private dining area for hosting, lounge and 24/7 concierge (parcel room as well so you don’t have to worry about being home for your deliveries!).

The place is also a 10 min walk to Wembley Park station and you can get to central in 20 minutes (Metropolitan and Jubilee line, which runs 24h on weekends).

We’re hoping to find someone friendly that isn’t just looking for a room but to make the place a home. Anyone that’s down for a movie night and going out together but also respectful of each others spaces.
