I like my own space as much as company, enjoy reading, playing my PS5 (in my own room!), keeping fit, visiting friends & family on weekends. My friends may visit on occasion.
I would prefer someone that is professional, and has shared properties before.
While the living room is not initially shared, the kitchenette will be prioritised for your cooking needs. Once I can trust you, you will be free to use the living room for entertaining your own guests.
