Bills included are: council tax, water, heating wifi and electric.
Move-in date is 1st Feb 2025 but happy to consider other dates if needed.
There is free bicycle storage near the car park area. There is a small private garden on floor 1 for the block.

There is a nice decent sized balcony which is very nice in the summer. Private garden for residents in our block.

2 mins walk to West Drayton station (future crossrail), bus stops and the high street with supermarkets, banks, etc. Trains to Paddington 23 mins, Ealing 13 mins (for the central and district lines) and Slough 9 mins. Near Heathrow but not on flight path so no aircraft noise. Easy access to Uxbridge and M4/M25. Near the Grand Union Canal, with its waterside walks, and local green spaces. Nuffield gym with swimming pool in Stockley Park.
