Looking for a friendly female professional

Hiya,
We are a small family(husband, wife and 5 years old daughter). We have a spare single room at the top most floor. This has a got following amenities
1) 1 single bed
2) 1 shared toilet outside the room
3) 1 Private large Laptop table with plenty of storage(2 cupboards and additional on the wall storage).
4) 1 Private small fridge
5) 1 Private microwave oven
6) 1 Shared washer/Dryer
7) Shared Kitchen
8) 10 mins walk from West Drayton station

We are looking for a female student and preferably professional.
Few things to be noted

1) The kitchen downstairs can be used for cooking.
2) Shared washer/dryer
3) Smoking is not allowed.
4) Pork and beef are not allowed to be cooked but you can eat in your room
