Your Bedroom
This modern double bedroom includes a comfortable double bed with under-bed storage, two high quality bedside tables with touch lamps, large chest of drawers, desk with optional medium sized monitor, 49-inch flat screen TV with Netflix & Now TV (movies and entertainment) included, Chromecast to TV, free high speed Wi-Fi internet access. The bedroom also includes an optional set of nearly new bedding, including two sets of John Lewis Egyptian Cotton bedcovers, duvet and pillows.

Private Bathroom
You will have your own private bathroom with built in cupboards, large mirrors, heated towel rail and bathtub with rainfall shower overhead and second low-level shower head. The bathroom also includes optional bath and hand towels.

The Apartment
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (accessible via the lift), only 4 years old and kept in a very clean and tidy condition. You will have shared use of the open plan kitchen and living room with large balcony accessed from the living room. Underfloor heating throughout. Living room has two fully electric reclining leather sofas, a 65-inch TV with Sonos cinema surround sound. The kitchen has a built-in full height fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, fan oven and recently added a Ninja Air Fryer and Alexa Show 10. During the winter the apartment stays very warm and features mechanical ventilation with heat recovery which keeps fresh warm air circulating throughout. During the summer the apartment also stays quite cool on those really hot days. Share of the bills total £180 pcm.

Rob & Rai
We are fun-loving and fairly easy going couple. We enjoy going to the gym, regular exercise, eating healthy (and the occasional takeaway). We have two well-behaved, adorable Frenchies called Ralph & Ruby. We both tend to work from home most days during the week so we would prefer a flatmate who is not predominately home-based working (occasional is fine).

Connections
West Drayton Station is about 4 minutes’ walk. Catch the Elizabeth Line to Paddington in 22 mins or 35 mins to Liverpool Street. Great motorway links - 2 miles to M4, 3 miles to M25 and 4 miles to M40. It is also 20 mins to Heathrow by bus.

Please note that your bedroom and bathroom will remain your private space and will not be used by anyone else. The minimum term is 3 months however, we are open to consider shorter lets at a slightly higher price.
