1 room available in West Drayton Village Community

We are looking for someone to take the small room in our friendly house. It is 500£ including all bills, with a 100£ holding deposit, which will be deducted from your 1st month's rent when you arrive.
We have a massive living space with ps4 and TV. Your room would have a bed, cupboard and a bed table. Unfortunately, you would not have space to keep a big table inside for working. Ideal for students, but if you don't mind working from a living space it wouldn't be a problem. Sainsbury is within 2 mins and an Indian store is right next to it. This house is part of West Drayton Village, a new community with apartments and houses. It's a safe residential area.
A little bit about us, we are professionals working in the finance sector. We have amazing chefs and all of us are Indians. it's a trustable household as we know each other for a while. We play cricket in our backyard whenever we are free and watch movies.
