Double Room in West London

I’m looking for someone to takeover my cozy double room to rent, available from the beginning of Feb at £683.33pm plus bills (approx. £180). Includes parking and access to our communal gym and gardens.

Located in West Drayton (commuter town in West London), the flat is a 10 minute walk from West Drayton tube station (Elizabeth line). With easy access to Uxbridge, where you can also access the met + Piccadilly line. Nearby amenities include a Sainsbury’s and Tesco express (both a 3 minute walk away).

The main bathroom is shared between myself and one other housemate, as our third housemate has an en-suite. The flat has an open-plan kitchen/ living room area and consists of 2 floors: the ground floor being the living/kitchen area, washer dryer cupboard, en-suite bedroom, main bathroom and my room. The second floor is a mezzanine space with a sofa and desk, and the third bedroom.
Our flat building has a FOB access gate and door calling system, with both stair and lift access and a 24 hour concierge.

Current flatmates (25 & 28, both female professionals) enjoy socialising and cozy nights in.

I’ve loved living here, only leaving as I am moving to the seaside !!
