Very quiet, clean and tidy person only welcome.. double room in a nice new 2 bed flat with large balcony available. Fully furnished as you need, non-smokers please. room contains a good size bed and cupboard for storage area. To share with 1 professional & its only 2 mins walk from West Drayton train/bus station. Easy access to Heathrow airport, Stockley Park & 20 mins to Central London. It will not be possible to entertain in the room, although I don’t mind occasional visitor. Real bargain at £470 per calendar month which excludes electricity, water and gas bills that needs to be shared monthly (usually it comes around £30 per month).
