This is a fully furnished medium sized double bedroom available to let in a 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor of Jefferson House in the Parkwest estate. All bills included. Also I will be a live-out landlord, not live-in as stated in the ad summary!

- Secure bicycle storage room on ground floor of building with allocated bike slot.
- 10min walk to West Drayton station (25min by train to London Paddington), 5min drive to Stockley Park, 10min drive to Brunel University and 10min drive to Heathrow airport (without any of the plane noise in the area!)

Parking:

If you wish to park your car on the premises, an undercroft/gated carpark space is available directly below Jefferson House building. A permit can be rented at an additional rate of £60 pcm. Visitor parking is usually permitted on the premises until 6pm. Some off-street parking is also available just outside Parkwest.

Housemate:

The current housemate is a professional working in the airline industry and spends a portion of his time abroad. Nonetheless, he has a very friendly demeanour and keeps both his private room and communal areas very clean and tidy.

This room is ideal for someone who is also clean, tidy, responsible and respectful of the property as a shared living space. They must be able to maintain their own private bedroom in a reasonable condition throughout their tenancy. The apartment is kept very tidy by the current housemates, and we would expect the new person uphold this also. Preference would also be given to persons not working from home on a full-time/permanent basis. Due to the current cost of energy, this would be fairer for the current housemate who does not work from home.

Unfortunately this room is NOT available to couples.
