The house is spacious with both living and dining rooms, large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 washing machines, 2 fridge freezers, on and off street parking (for 2 cars) and a rear garden.
Rent includes all standard house bills, weekly cleaner to the common areas and maintenance of the gardens.

Unlike most other shared houses this to us is more of a home rather than just a room in a house, so it is really important that we find someone who will engage with and compliment the group.
Of the existing 3 housemates we are professional, easy going and considerate, with a wide range of interests including movies, photography, gym, cooking, (and clearly housplants). In general this is not a party house, it’s a calm and clean environment and we are looking for a like-minded attitude to house sharing (this letting is not suitable for students or couples or multiple occupancy, requests for this will not get a response)

Locally there is a good variety of shops and transport links. Less than 10 minutes walk away is West Drayton station which being on the Elizabeth line will get you into central London within 25 minutes.
