The bedroom, and the bathroom which accompanies this bedroom, have their own locks. Storage space is also available opposite the room, if required.
I often also let this room out on air bnb regularly, therefore it is well maintained and kept looking fresh.

Our detached, private house is on the Hayes/Keston border, has far-reaching views across the countryside, and is on a pretty tree lined unadopted road, with the Wickham Common woods just at the end of the road, which is great for country strolls.
There is ample off street parking at all times and an additional small box room which can be used for storage space

About us, I live upstairs with my 1 child and we have a separate side access into our side of the house. We are friendly and amenable, however we do also like our own space, and respect others space too, so we are looking for someone who ideally likes their own space too.

The nearest bus stops are 500/700m away and the busses go to Hayes and Bromley South and Croydon (246/138/119) .
The local Hayes train station is a 10-15 min walk, with trains every 15 mins to London Bridge (33 min) /Charing Cross (40 min)

Local amentity area at Coney Hall is a 12-15 min walk away, where you can find the 119 Croydon/Bromley North bus stop, along with a doctors surgery and shops including a COOP, newsagents, various take-away outlets and restaurants/bar, plus hair/beauty & butchers.
