I am inviting a professional female to come and share a delightfully large property, very close to West Wickham train station, the High Street and the amenities and Blake Park. There is a large double bedroom with two large wardrobes and a very comfortable Italian couch, another bedroom which could be used as a study or living room (to be discussed), and a private bathroom next to the bedroom with a shower, sink and toilet, for exclusive use.

Use of the large kitchen will be shared, and there is a lovely garden and a conservatory. The main bedroom on this floor looks out over the garden and is quiet. At times, shared use of the living room will be possible.

You will be sharing with a vibrant and joyful mother and daughter, who are warm, friendly and who both work mostly from home.

I would prefer a vegetarian / pescetarian, but for the right person will consider others.

The house is no more than a 5 minute walk to West Wickham train station, with trains to Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo East and London Charing Cross running frequently. The property is in Council Tax Band F.
