Room available in a clean house

I am looking to rent a room in my 3-bedroom house. I live on my own and am a working professional (work long hours!). One room is already rented.
This is not an HMO.
Very clean and quiet home. The area is safe. Rent is negotiable for the right person. Looking to share the house with a female professional/student, clean and responsible. Please note it is for females only. I am an easy going person.

The room is available from 15th November to end of January 2026, with a possibility to extend on a monthly rolling basis. I have plans to do some renovations.

I am at the border of Whitton/ Hounslow. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walk. Whitton station (Southwest train) is a 10 -15 minutes bus ride. Hounslow East Station (Piccadilly line) about 15 - 20 min bus ride. Heathrow Airport is one straight bus 111.

I have a washer and dryer installed.
New kitchen. Clean bathroom and a 130ft garden with street parking!
