I am looking to rent a room in my 3-bedroom house. I live on my own and am a working professional (work long hours!). One room is already rented.
Looking to share the house with a female professional/student, clean and responsible. Please note it is for females only. I am an easy going person.
I am at the border of Whitton/ Hounslow. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walk. Whitton station (Southwest train) is a 10 -15 minutes bus ride. Hounslow East Station (Piccadilly line) about 15 - 20 min bus ride. Heathrow Airport is one straight bus 111.
The current person is moving. The room is available from 1st August 2024.
I have a washer and dryer installed.
New kitchen. Clean bathroom and a 130ft garden with of street parking! Very quiet area.
I will NOT consider WFH lodgers.
